Hi, I see this forum is for paid positions only. Is there a place in the Indie Gamer community where I can post a volunteer help wanted ad?

    Thanks.

There are lots and lots of other places for that. Try searching through sourceforge.net, but expect strong resistance if you don't have at least a short tech demo with programmer graphics.

Thanks all. I've tried GameDev.Net but not SourceForge. I'm looking for a Flash animator and didn't think of SourceForge. I already have a Flash programmer, but nothing to show yet.

Are there any Flash animation communities where I can find animators?

    Thanks!

    Newgrounds?

I'm a little worried about your future in producing flash games if you don't already know about the bigger communities. Make sure you do your research too - just as important as everything else. See what other people are doing, what people do and don't like, etc. etc.
