No I would not buy it, but that is because it is not my type of game. Assuming it was a style of game I would enjoy, with that level of graphics maybe, I would certainly wishlist it and wait for it to go on offer.
Thats kind of why I mentioned the graphics, They are not good but they are not so bad as to detract me from playing a game like that. They still all fit together in a way that works. Like I say the main thing that would stop me from playing your game is its not my style of game. Good luck though I hope you do well
