Hello, my name is Derek Lieu and I'm a video editor!

Are you ready to start teasing your game or need to get people excited about its imminent release?

    Well I LOVE making trailers!

I've worked in the movie trailer industry and had some gigs for Nintendo and Sony,
but I'm eager to get into making trailers for indie games!

Recently I edited all the trailers for BattleBlock Theater by The Behemoth.
If you've played the game, I'm the one who animated the puppet cutscenes too!

    BattleBlock Theater Story Trailer
BattleBlock Theater Momentum Monster Playlist Trailer
    BattleBlock Theater Release Date Teaser

You can see more examples of my work on my Vimeo page including motion graphics work I've done.

If you want to see more Hollywood-style trailers I've done, here are trailers for AAA games I edit for fun.

If you need want more information about my rates,
    contact me at derek[dot]lieu[at]gmail[dot]com!
You can also find me on Twitter @Derek_Lieu

Can't wait to make some trailers for you!

I'm curious what you charge to composite a 30 second video. Did you do those voice overs?

    Hi Derek - Nice reel.

    What's your day rate?

I run a company in the UK called The Trailerfarm, we exclusively make trailers for video games -

We're always in need of good talent :)

    All the best
