Hey everyone so I'm looking for a programmer with a good imagination that wants to join a stat up company. We were in the middle of creating a Horror RPG demo to put up on kick starter.

Here is what you need to know:

    1) Most of the 3d assets that needed to be created are finished.

    2) Most characters and monsters for the demo are modeled, textured, rigged, and animated for the most part.

    3) Some of the demo was programmed and built in unity but it wasn't turning out the way we hopped so some things such as the battle system need to be re-done.

    4) The position i am offering is 5% of the games total profits when it is released and a full time paid position when the company actually starts gaining momentum. Note: This part may take a while and details on how the 5% will be distributed will be disclosed in private.

    5) Said programmer must be knowledgeable in either Unity 3D or Unreal

    6) This is not a position for people looking to make a quick buck. This is for people who want to make worth while experiences and truly grand adventures.

How far along is your project? And how large is your development team? Have you ever considered collaborating with an already-established Unreal Engine Development Team working on it's own RPG?
