    Good hello!

I'm a project manager for the AV industry and have been interested in getting my feet wet in the game / software development area since I started the profession.

I've got a good three-ish years of salaried project management experience, but haven't work on any software projects. We have programmers in AV, I work with them pretty closely, but these are really short turnaround projects that doesn't do any Agile type work.

Building up the skills people use to manage video game project development and tracking is something I'm very interested in. While I'd be happy to volunteer to help a team out to learn the ropes (this means you, free-to-work forum) I'd like to have a rough idea of how people in the field are used to working with project managers and the like.

Any suggestions or resources I could dive into would be very helpful!

    <3's and etc
