Hi, all. Though this isn't a game, it's a paid opportunity for game programmers who've worked with large assets or large repos in Perforce, SVN, or Git.

Haberdasher (website) is a modern, Git-like version control system for huge code repos. We're seeking testers to try out the set-up flow and the basic branch/commit/push workflow.

It's pretty simple. Sign up in the short form here: https://forms.gle/bFEThqSnXfpn54gR7

...And we'll get back to you with instructions for testing it out. It shouldn't take more than 30-60 minutes of your time.

In return for your testing feedback, we'll send you a $50 gift card to Outback Steakhouse. (I'm kidding, it's $50 cash.)

All we ask is that you've had some experience (preferably professional) with large assets or large repos in version control. If you'd like to chat or you prefer email, I'm at: yash@haberdashervcs.com (I'm Yash, the lead dev)

    Thanks!
