    Hi Guys:

I have upgraded indiegamer to 4.1.3 and am now investigating spam blockers. Please let me know if you see anything wrong, it is a major overhaul....

    Thanks!
    Mike

Wow - Looks great! I was completely surprised to see the change. Thanks for making the upgrade. C:

    Requests:
-Can you enable the quick reply? It'll make posting replies that much easier.
-In an aesthetic POV, it's kind of hard to differentiate between the gray (no new topics) icon to the light blue (new topics) icon in the homepage. Maybe darkening the color would make it stand out more?

Give me a few minutes on quick reply... I am in the process of adding anti-spam plugins at the moment...

Ohh very nice. Extremely happy for the upgrade. If it cost anything and you need donations I'm keen to help =)

I agree with the note about the icons, maybe a theme with darker colours against the white as the light ones are harder on the eyes.

Otherwise, nice work, much improved already. Hopefully the spam stuff saves a lot of time and effort.

Theme similar to last version will be nice.

Also, is it just me or the search broken? I searched for simple "RPG" and in the older version I got countless reseults. In the new forum I get a no search result.

The white background is a bit blinding.
    Otherwise, nice job.

Looks pretty good to me! I haven't noticed any problems yet, but I'll be sure to post again if I do.

And I had just gotten used to the old theme...

I'm going to have trouble figuring out what posts I haven't read, I can't quite read the new indicators yet.

edit: oh I see the ones you haven't read are slightly darker.

Search is working... I think it needs to be at least a 4 letter phrase....

As for themes, would you guys prefer a dark theme for vbulletin?

Well not "dark", but the old grey was definitely better than this blinding white :D

It really wasn't that much darker than this- you're just not used to the new look...

PS: I posted this using quick reply

I hope it helps with the spam.
I don't like the noise between posts.
The user info used be out of the way on the side when reading posts.

Yeah I will do something with the color, but it may have to wait a couple of weeks because 4.1.3 vbulletin is brand new, and most of the skins haven't updated yet. If you find a skin, by all means paste the link here... But it has to be 4.1.3 updated.
