    We are assisting our client, in the Indianapolis area, in a search for a Team Lead over a team of Game Developers. This team lead will focus on creating games in an education environment. Please note that this job is permanent/not freelance & does require you to be onsite in Indy/not remote. The company will help pay for domestic relocation for highly qualified candidates. If you have all the software experience, but not management, there are positions open for designers as well.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Determine best methods for which gaming engine should be used for this project.

    • Lead the integrations of LMS/SIS systems.

    • Create game content.

    • Assist with the development of pilots, programs, and learning systems

    • Monitors progress against plan; identifies and assesses risks; plans for contingencies.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Unity or Unreal Game development experience 3+years

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Experience working with LMS and SIS systems

    • Ability to integrate with Web Services, they use their own proprietary API

    • MySQL experience

    TERMS:
    This is a direct hire role with a salary up to $120K per year based on experience.
