    Jason Kapalka used to work for EA (Pogo).

    Does that mean someone is cashing out?

    No yet, apparently other company is willing to pay $1b for popcap.

    I assume you mean the $1 Billion dollar bid from Zygna for PopCap. EA closed the deal with $750 million up front, and up to $550 million in earn outs if they hit certain quarterly profit targets.

    Also, EA agreed not to fire/move anyone for up to 4 years.
