Heyo! Just thought I'd post a quick how-de-do here and a selection of places you can find me at. I'm Crip, an indie dev making her first game in a long while. It goes by the name of The Ancient Land, and its a game about sonder, exploration and personal stories and experiences taking place in a vast, desolate land of ancient stories, Gods, and ghosts. I've just recently started redoing a bunch of it for various reasons, so I'd say its pre-alpha so no idea of release yet but it'll be my first proper release since I was 16. Not that I'm gonna show anyone what I was making when I was 16! In terms of inspiration, I'd say Studio Ghibli, Hidetaka Miyazaki, Swery 65 and David Lynch which is about as eclectic as it gets, I guess. Other than that, I love guinea pigs, cooking, and hikes - though they're more hobbles, with my physical problems. Anyway. I've got a blog where I talk about the process of developing a game, post devlogs and concept art bits and lucky for you its in 3 different places so you can go read it, for free, on my tumblr, wordpress, or Patreon (the Patreon has free content as well as paid) https://eclectia.tumblr.com/ https://eclectiagaming.wordpress.com/ https://www.patreon.com/eclectia/ You can also follow my personal-ish twitter at /gothycrip. I post updates on work and chat a lot of rubbish. I guess I'll post some vague art stuff I've worked on in down-time- nothing too special, just small practice runs.
