Building your own PC? OEM licenses are no longer meant for you

    Microsoft never intended OEM licenses to be used by people home building PCs anyway.
    OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer

    I always thought that OEM copies were cheaper because the System Builder was responsible for 100% of the customer service related to the OS--anyway, I sell myself computers all the time... at a discount... at cost, really.
