Anxiety Issues during Quarantine

    How are you dealing with the quarantine-anxiety issues? What keeps you going with all the fear and worry from this pandemic?

    Cut Tv news, and any social network news about it.

    read books, connect more with natural stuff.

    What books do you read? Care to share? Thanks.

    I dont usually watch news. News are being magnified negatively instead of disseminating info on a positive note.

    Start with thebook " The Power of Now " by Eckhart Tolle

    help a lot with many things, also you have it as audible in amazon

    you may want to check this book too - "Anxiety Happens" by John Forsynth
