Rihards Libietis is a guitar player from Latvia, blending acoustic fingerstyle, blues and chill-out music in one whole listening adventure. Playing guitar since 2007, when inspired by a randomly heard music performance. Doing live shows since 2010, Rihards has already left some impact in Latvian youth music scene, performing in a lot of clubs, restaurants, festivals and other events. His musical influences are many and various, including Led Zeppelin, Miles Davis, Albert King, Ray Charles, Michael Hedges, Andy McKee and even Thomas Newman among a lot of other performers. As Rihards says himself - "The main thing is to let go of your problems, and just listen, whether to music, or silence, but listen, and you will be happy".

Rihards Libietis is performing on a regular basis, and not only as an acoustic artist, but in bands Elastic (ex Bite's Blues band) and The Originals as well. Has released 2 studio albums - “Scream, Breathe, Cry” (2015) and “RL Elektronix” (2015) - and an EP album Rihards Libietis (2012). Richie also has written music for 2 successful plays in Latvian theatre and short-movies. Has performed with such artists as Dave Goodman, Innes Sibun, “Sir” Oliver Mally, Latvian Blues band and many others.
